This interactive program will offer participants specific strategies for getting paid what they’re worth—every time. The session will be organized as a facilitated interview with our guest, Michael McLaughlin, which will allow us to ask specific questions about how to handle our sales process. The focus will be on essential strategies for establishing our fee for projects, communicating those fees, and managing the process of objections and negotiation. At the end of the session, you’ll have new tools and a different way of thinking about how you price your services.
Michael McLaughlin has been a management consultant for more than two decades. He’s the author of Winning the Professional Services Sale, which offers professional service providers, business development managers, and firm leaders market-tested strategies to identify, qualify, and close any services sale. He’s also the coauthor of Guerrilla Marketing for Consultants, the first book to apply the principles of Guerrilla Marketing to the business of consulting and professional services; it offers a profitable approach to marketing, selling, pricing, proposal writing, and client relationship management. He is the publisher of two newsletters, The Guerrilla Consultant and Management Consulting News, which orovide perspectives and resources for professional service providers.
